Samsung A24 touchscreen not responding after update (original screen) – solution

Connect a mouse to the device via OTG.
Dial *#2466#.
Select "Tsp update."
This calibrates the touchscreen according to the device version.
You won't need to flash the software.
It pairs the touchscreen chip with the processor.
