How to Restore QCN via QPST Tool

  • Turn on USB Debugging on the device and enable the Diagnostic (Diag) Port interface.
  • Connect the phone to your PC and confirm the active COM port appears in QPST Configuration.
  • Open Software Download from the Start Clients menu.
  • Go to the Restore tab and browse for the Oppo 6607 QCN File.
  • Mark the checkbox for Allow phone / file ESN mismatch.
  • Click Start to begin flashing, wait for the restore process to reach 100%, and reboot your phone.
