How to Flash QCN via QPST Tool

  • Enable USB Debugging on the device and activate the Qualcomm Diagnostic (Diag) Port (via dial code *#801# / *#9434# or root ADB command setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb).
  • Connect the phone to your PC and ensure the COM port is detected in QPST Configuration.
  • Click Start Clients from the top menu and select Software Download.
  • Navigate to the Restore tab, browse and select the downloaded Oppo Find 7A X9007 QCN File.
  • Check the Allow phone / file ESN mismatch box.
  • Click Start to write the network data, wait for the restore process to reach 100%, and reboot the device.
